Your role centers on in-person sales interactions that explain fiber technology for our everyday customers. The Verizon Agent supports customers personally from curiosity to commitment, ensuring smooth sales transactions. As a Verizon Agent, you'll be delivering exceptional customer experiences personally while showcasing the power, speed, and reliability of Fios. You'll act as an advisor, guiding customers through their options with clarity and confidence. The Verizon Agent offers expertise, begins sales with transparency, and helps deliver strong results by ensuring every customer is secure in their choice of Verizon Fios. Responsibilities of the Verizon Agent Familiarize customers with the advantages of Verizon Fios, including smoother streaming, stronger Wi-Fi coverage, and dependable internet performance. Personally navigate customer conversations to uncover internet frustrations and suggest Verizon Fios solutions that better support everyday online activity. Walk customers through Verizon Fios internet and TV options using clear, relatable explanations that keep the sales process simple and approachable. Address common service questions by helping customers better understand Fios reliability, multi-device support, and consistent home connectivity. Reconnect with interested customers to continue Verizon Fios sales discussions and reinforce confidence in available service options. Strengthen overall sales performance by helping customers recognize how Verizon Fios supports modern home internet and entertainment needs. Qualifications of a Verizon Agent No experience required; interest in sales or customer service is a plus. Drive to deliver sales growth while maintaining customer satisfaction. Sets ambitious sales goals and consistently achieves or surpasses them. Ability to learn Verizon Fios products, plans, and service processes quickly.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
