Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead, located in Towson, MD. The Sales Team Lead will oversee daily operations, support team members to meet sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts, mentoring associates, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring the store exceeds performance metrics.
