Sales Representative

Job Summary Rosie Cheeks Distillery is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative to grow our brand presence and expand our customer base throughout Maryland. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for sales within the spirits industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new liquor store and restaurant accounts to expand distribution Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Schedule and conduct in-store tastings to promote Rosie Cheeks products and increase brand awareness Manage and optimize daily routes for account visits, tastings, and product deliveries across Maryland Coordinate and execute timely product drop-offs to accounts as needed Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure alignment and success Track sales activity, manage leads, and maintain organized records of accounts and outreach efforts Collaborate with the team on strategy and goals while also working independently in the field Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Has to be at least 21 or older Excellent time management and organizational abilities Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Responsible, reliable, and professional demeanor Comfortable with face-to-face sales and customer engagement Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness and ability to drive extensively throughout Maryland Reliable transportation TIPS certification is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by the challenge of building a territory.
