Start Date:
Onboarding begins mid-July 2026 What You'll Do Meet with homeowners (company-provided leads) Evaluate gutter and water-management issues Present and sell Gutter Shutter solutions Close sales during the initial visit Document proposals using company tools What We're Looking For Successful in-home sales experience with strong same-day closing preferred (not required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with technology (tablet/laptop) Valid driver's license, clean driving record & reliable vehicle Must be comfortable with 100% commission-based salary (NOT 1099) Motivated, coachable, and goal-driven What We Offer No cold calling
