Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be a point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries, orders, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will fulfill client requests and contribute to the overall success of our sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails from clients regarding our signage products and services. Identify client needs, provide product information, and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address client questions and concerns. Effectively communicate company capabilities and needs Be the first point of contact for new and walk in customers
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in a manufacturing or signage industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be a plus. Ability to work and grow within an ever changing and evolving environment
