A culture that supports and invests in its people Responsibilities What You'll Do As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll drive business growth across your assigned market: Develop and grow your territory by selling heavy equipment solutions
Build relationships through regular job site visits and customer meetings
Identify new opportunities and close deals
Maintain customer accounts, pipelines, and market insights in CRM systems
Track competitor activity and market trends
Participate in industry events and trade organizations
Collaborate with internal teams while managing your accounts independently
Provide responsive support to customers when needed Qualifications What You Bring Experience in outside sales or a sales-focused role
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to manage time, territory, and priorities independently
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
