Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated BDC (Business Development Center) Representative specializing in automotive sales to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and guiding prospects through their vehicle purchasing journey. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and sales expertise will drive new business opportunities, foster strong relationships, and contribute to the dealership's growth. Duties Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person to generate interest in our vehicle inventory and services Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software Conduct outbound sales calls to identify high-quality leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales opportunities Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and sales appointment scheduling while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management, deal closing processes, and marketing initiatives Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using strong organizational skills Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales within the automotive industry or related fields Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management tools is a plus Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette for outbound calling campaigns Demonstrated ability in upselling and customer service excellence Previous dealership experience or automobile sales background is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us as a BDC Representative (Automotive) and be part of an energetic team committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while advancing your sales career!
