Nifty Hoops is a small team of about 10 people, and roughly 90% of our customers are small farms, market growers, flower farmers, and other people who make their living growing food and flowers. We're looking for someone who can do more than just SEO. We need someone who understands how to build relationships through social media, create meaningful engagement with our audience, and help tell the stories of the growers we work with. This role would also support our sales team by working closely with Jessica throughout the customer journey. Our sales process is highly relationship-driven, and it's not uncommon for a customer to spend months or even years researching, planning, and asking questions before making a purchase. We take pride in being a trusted resource throughout that process. One thing that makes our company unique is that everyone spends time in the field with our installation team. Working alongside Stephanie, Tyler, Spencer, and Jarrid gives new team members a firsthand understanding of the hard work that goes into every project and the importance of the relationships we build with our growers. It can be demanding work, but we believe it's one of the best ways to learn who we are and what makes our company special. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Relationship Management Respond to inbound leads and conduct consultations which include site preparation, installation needs, and government funding. Remain a key point of contact for a portion of incoming leads, including follow ups, quoting sending purchase agreements, and invoicing. Coordinate with the production and build teams. Coordinate with logistics companies for deliveries to customers. Marketing & Content Creation Manage and create content for the company's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Develop and publish content highlighting completed projects, customer success stories, product features, and educational resources with growers and the Nifty Hoops team. Coordinate with installation crews and project teams to gather photos and video content from active job sites. Travel periodically to customer locations and project sites to capture marketing content and document completed installations. Communicate with growers and customers to obtain permissions for the use of project photos, videos, and testimonials. Create short-form and long-form content including social media posts, reels, project spotlights, and educational videos. Assist with lead generation campaigns, email marketing, and promotional initiatives. Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries and comments. Qualifications Experience creating photo and video content is a must! Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, agriculture, construction, or a related field is preferred. Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and managing a high volume of inbound leads. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and conferences Success in This Role A successful candidate will build strong relationships with growers, effectively manage a personal portfolio of leads, contribute to company sales growth, and help expand brand awareness through consistent voice.
