Senior Class Advisor - Exhibit A Position

Job Description:

Senior Class Advisor Role Purpose:

To foster grade-level unity and leadership by mentoring student officers and executing high-profile senior traditions and school-wide events.

Primary Responsibilities Leadership & Administration Mentor Student Leaders:

Build leadership capacity through regular coaching and guidance.

Governance:

Organize class elections and facilitate discussions on school-wide issues.

Logistics:

Lead whole-class meetings; secure venues and technical equipment (microphones, AV). Seasonal Spirit (Homecoming & Winter Carnival)

Coordination:

Manage sign-ups for floats, banners, and class games.

Creative Direction:

Oversee float/hall decorating, theme selection, and dress-up days.

Supervision:

Participate in parades and serve as a chaperone for school dances.

Senior Milestones Traditions:

Organize Senior Sunrise and Prom .

Recognition:

Manage the Top Ten process (voting, bios, scripts, and assembly rehearsal).

Commencement:

Oversee and provide logistical support for Graduation .
