Capital Granite is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team in our Bridgeport location. This role is ideal for someone who values relationships, takes pride in the details, and enjoys guiding customers through a thoughtful, high-quality experience. At Capital Granite, we focus on craftsmanship over shortcuts - and we're looking for someone who approaches sales the same way. As a Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with homeowners, builders and designers to help bring projects to life - from initial consultation through final installation.What You'll Do:
Guide customers through the selection of stone materials (granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, etc.) Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders and industry partners Provide project estimates and proposals Coordinate with internal teams (templating, fabrication, installation) to ensure a seamless experience Stay organized and manage multiple projects at various stages Deliver a high level of customer service from first interaction to project completionWhat We're Looking For:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects Self-motivated and team-oriented Experience in sales is preferred (industry experience is a plus, but not required) Comfortable working with customers in a showroom enviornment Willingness to learn and understand technical aspects of stone fabricationWhy Capital Granite:
