Our mission is to help patients enhance their natural appearance through the highest standards of cosmetic surgical excellence. Within our state-of-the-art facility, featuring a private, fully equipped in-house surgical suite, we provide an experience defined by precision, discretion, and compassionate care. About the Role Our rapidly expanding cosmetic surgery practice is seeking a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of closing high-value services. This role is fully focused on patient conversion, relationship-building, and revenue growth — not marketing. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective surgical patients, educating them on procedures, building trust, addressing concerns, and confidently guiding them from inquiry to scheduled surgery and beyond. This is a consultative sales role that requires emotional intelligence, persistence, and a strong ability to close. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion & Sales Manage and respond to all incoming cosmetic surgery inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads until they convert to scheduled surgery. Track pipeline activity and maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions. Patient Relationship Management Develop strong rapport with patients to create a high-touch, concierge-level experience. Serve as the liaison between patient and clinical team throughout the pre-operative process. Ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and excited about their surgical journey. Re-engage older or inactive leads to generate new opportunities. Performance & Accountability Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly surgical booking goals. Demonstrate a measurable history of strong close rates and revenue generation. Maintain organization of lead pipeline and personal production metrics. Qualifications Proven success in sales with documented close rates (aesthetic, medical, luxury services, or high-ticket sales preferred). Minimum 3+ years in consultative sales, patient coordination, or similar revenue-generating role. Confident communicator with the ability to build trust quickly and guide clients toward a decision. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment. Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage a multi-stage sales pipeline. Professional presence with a passion for aesthetics and patient transformation. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with all patient information. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission structure . Commission paid on surgeries scheduled and completed , directly rewarding production and performance. Opportunities for growth within a fast-scaling surgical practice. Employee discounts on cosmetic procedures and services. Supportive, team-oriented culture based environment focused on excellence and patient satisfaction. Ideal Candidate This position is best suited for a closer — someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and seeing tangible results from their efforts. If you are driven by performance, take ownership of your pipeline, and enjoy helping patients achieve life-changing outcomes, we want to meet you!
