The Service Advisor is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. ✅
Drive Sales & Profitability:
Gross Profit, Parts Margin, Tire Sales, Finance, etc. ✅
Customer Satisfaction:
Deliver 90% or higher Scores i.e NPS, Google ✅ Support shop productivity by managing workflow and scheduling effectively.
Responsibilities:
Act as Main Sales person and contact for customers. Write and sell Maintenance, Repairs & Tires work confidently. Clearly explain recommendations and costs. Coordinate with technicians to complete work on time. Manage the repair order process from write-up to invoicing and payment. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for service categories. Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at the front desk. Qualifications Prior experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry. High integrity, attention to detail, and a sales-oriented mindset. Comfortable using point-of-sale software and digital inspection tools. Valid driver's license required.
