Inside Parts Sales Representative

Cargo Heavy Duty is a trusted supplier of heavy truck and trailer parts, serving the transportation industry with top-quality products and exceptional service. We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct truck and trailer parts Process orders, returns, and inventory transactions efficiently Maintain and organize inventory to ensure accurate stocking Provide technical support and product recommendations Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source parts Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions professionally Ensure a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Experience in truck/trailer parts or automotive industry preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lift 80lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Computer proficiency, including inventory and sales systems Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
