In this position… The Commercial Business Specialist Sales Role works specifically with Commercial Vehicle Centers (CVC) Dealers and is responsible for growing commercial vehicle sales and promoting Ford Pro's Fly-Wheel pillars - sales, software, financing, charging, and service. You'll have... Must live within Great Lakes Market Area, ideally Detroit area Minimum 3 years of field sales/service experience calling on Dealers. Enthusiasm for working with commercial dealers, customers and industry partners to grow sales, market share and increase customer loyalty of Ford Pro One-Stop Shop solutions. Self-starter with can do attitude, emotional resilience, smart work ethic, and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision. Ability to build strong relationships, influence others to embrace initiatives and inspire action. Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail is a critical part of this role. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Must be able to travel up to 60% within market area. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point skills are a must. Grow Core Commercial vehicle sales and market share with assigned CVC Dealers. Review, counsel, and approve annual CVC Dealer business plans. Work with CVC dealers to efficiently utilize CVC benefits and implement plans for growth. Identify market opportunities to add/remove Dealers to the CVC network. Partner with Ford SME's and promote Ford Pro One-Stop Solutions/five key pillars - sales, software, financing, charging, and service. Manage compliance of CVC Program requirements with assigned dealers for all sales and service-related standards. Provide Dealer personnel regular updates on key Ford Pro key information, i.e. sales, market share, incentives, program updates, etc. Review key reporting/data with dealers and develop robust sales plans. Conduct joint contacts with Dealership Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) at key Fleet/CPA customers. Manage/support key small to medium fleet accounts with a CPA. Develop relationships with customers to build loyalty for Ford Pro five key pillars. Manage relationships between authorized Ford Pool Companies and CVC Dealers. Consult with CVC Dealers to move aged inventory and optimize Order Bank management, including ST999 Core Commercial stock orders. Conduct Ford Pro Overview Meetings, Dealer Training Sessions, and Grass Roots events to train/inform Dealer personnel on Ford Pro five key pillars. Communicate with Regional Sales Office personnel on a regular basis and attend Regional Org. Meetings monthly to update Regions on Ford Pro related business and key initiatives. Support/coordinate local Ford Truck Clubs and key commercial industry events.
