Detroit (Southeast Michigan territory)Compensation:
$35,000•45,000 base + 10% commission on sales + 1-month subscription fee per account About the Opportunity We are hiring on behalf of a well-established and growing security solutions provider serving residential and light commercial customers throughout Southeast Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated field sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business in a success-driven, supportive environment. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business within the Southeast Michigan territory Convert self-generated and company-provided leads into long-term customers Sell comprehensive property protection and monitoring solutions, including: Burglar and intrusion alarm systems, Fire and life safety alarms, Environmental and hazard monitoring, Video surveillance systems, Access control and smart entry solutions Meet with homeowners and light commercial clients to assess needs and recommend solutions Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close Build strong relationships and maintain a professional, customer-first approach in the field What We're Looking For 1+ year of sales experience required (field sales preferred) Security systems experience strongly preferred (1+ year ideal, but not required) Comfortable prospecting and working independently in the field Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to grow new business Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $35,000•45,000 (depending on experience) 10% commission on sales 1-month subscription fee paid per new customer Ongoing training and development resources Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment Clear path for growth and increased earning potential Why Join?
