As a Regional Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a defined geographic territory within the Midwest/Western region. You will develop new business, expand existing accounts, and serve as a key brand ambassador in the field. This role requires strong prospecting skills, customer relationship development, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities while consistently delivering against sales goals. Own and grow sales within an assigned geographic territory Develop and execute territory sales plans in alignment with leadership goals Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities and key decision-makers Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and in-person sales visits to generate new opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling Track pipeline activity, sales calls, and performance metrics using CRM systems Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities Resolve customer issues by developing solutions and ensuring strong customer satisfaction Provide feedback to leadership on product performance, pricing, and market needs Participate in new product development discussions and field testing when needed Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and customer visits Travel throughout assigned territory (~50%) and occasionally outside the regionKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Consistently meets or exceeds territory sales targets Builds a strong, expanding book of business Develops long-term, trusted customer relationships Identifies and converts new market opportunities Represents the brand professionally in all customer-facing interactionsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 3-5
years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and sales cycles simultaneously Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market dynamics and customer needs Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfortable working in the field and traveling frequently within a territory Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Experience in commercial tent, event rental, industrial, or government markets is a plusWHY JOIN US
