Pure Energy is a family owned and operated replacement window company servicing all of Metro Detroit, Southeastern Michigan, and Greater Lansing. The In-Home Sales Representative Position Pure Energy Roofing and Window Company is seeking motivated and results driven individuals to join their team as an In-Home Sales Representative. With a specialization in windows, Roofs and doors, the In-Home Sales Representative plays a crucial role in promoting products and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of window, Roof and door products and a proven track record in sales. The In-Home Sales Representative is directly involved in the company's long-term success and growth. The Company promotes that growth by providing training and development opportunities in a positive work environment. Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the In-Home Sales Representative Positive Attitude! High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business and sales is a plus Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary Knowledge of window, Roofs and door products, materials, and installation processes is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
