The Big Task Maximize the HVAC Sales team's booking board to ensure install revenue goals are met by driving same-day sales leads, supporting TOO Technicians and Comfort Advisors, and keeping the schedule full. What You'll Do Coordinate daily communication between TOO Technicians and Comfort Advisors Book and maximize same-day HVAC sales leads Conduct technician and CA expectation calls Confirm appointments and prepare customers for Comfort Advisor visits Use ServiceTitan to manage lead assignments and scheduling Support outbound calling and follow-up on unconverted opportunities KPIs Daily activity in "Let's Go" Teams chat 90% of Budgeted Jobs Goal for Sales Leads Ran Sales Leads Ran in less than 1 day 90% of Budgeted Conversion Count for Sales Leads Converted What You Bring Dispatch, customer service, scheduling, or sales experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, computer skills, Excel knowledge, and a high school diploma or equivalent required.
