14$ an hour starting rate Job Description The Vapor Shoppe is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, working in a relaxed retail environment, and contributing to a clean, well-organized store. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales through product knowledge and positive customer interactions. We are hiring for all of our locations including: Troy Madison Heights Southfield Novi Farmington Hills Clinton Township Chesterfield Rochester Hills Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with product selection and questions Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising Accurately process sales and handle transactions Assist with restocking and general store upkeep Follow all store policies and procedures Schedule Full shifts: 13-hour shifts Half shifts: 5-7 hour shifts Flexible scheduling available Full-time positions offered Weekend Availability is a plus Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Commission based on payment structure Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth within the company Manager Opportunities Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid Drivers License Reliable transportation to and from work Strong customer service and communication skills Prior retail experience preferred Dependable, punctual, and communicative How to Apply Apply through Indeed or submit your resume directly https://thevaporshoppeusa.com/pages/retail-associate .
