Job Description

Michigan Lumber is looking to hire a full time inside sales representative at our local family owned and operated lumber company. The ideal candidate will service customers by responding to client needs, building relationships, quoting orders, maintaining stock, tracking and following up on deliveries.
RESPONSIBILITES
Provide counter service by taking telephone or in person orders and responding to customer requests. Resolve customer and merchandise problems. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and scheduling of deliveries, and providing customer follow ups. Ideal candidate would have above average computer skills. Strong math acumen, excellent phone communication and be able to multitask. Must have lumber/millwork experience.
