Job Description
Overview Are you passionate about automobiles and driven to connect customers with their perfect vehicle? As a Used Car Sales Person, you will be the dynamic face of our dealership, energizing the sales floor with your enthusiasm and expertise. Your role is to engage potential buyers, showcase high-quality used vehicles, and turn inquiries into satisfied sales. We're looking for a motivated professional who excels at building relationships, and has a knack for closing deals. Compensation:
100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential—your success directly determines your income. For the right driven individual, this role also offers a unique pathway to future ownership, including the opportunity to buy into or eventually take over the business. Responsibilities Engage with customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate interest in used vehicles. Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective buyers. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability. Manage the sales pipeline efficiently. Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Maintain accurate inventory control by staying informed about available stock and coordinating with the inventory management team. Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills, and outstanding customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently. Familiarity with B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies and outbound sales techniques. Experience with marketing and sales support is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in retail math, inventory control, and record keeping. Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette. Ability to perform cold calling effectively and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals. Ability to accurately process financial paperwork, including loan applications, sales contracts and titles Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
