The Main Task As a Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners to understand their heating and cooling needs and recommend solutions that deliver comfort, efficiency, and value. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers make informed decisions while achieving sales goals and contributing to the company's continued growth. Key Sub-Tasks Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process. Assess customer needs and recommend the best HVAC products and solutions. Prepare accurate, detailed sales proposals that can be seamlessly transitioned to the installation team. Present pricing, financing options, and product information clearly and confidently. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a customer first approach. Become an expert of your market area, knowing customer needs and industry developments. Help set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions. Serve as an ambassador for Sharon's Heating & Air Conditioning within the community. What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship building skills.
