We partner with clients across light industrial, manufacturing, clerical, and professional sectors to help them meet their hiring needs with quality, reliability, and speed. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Representative with a proven background in staffing industry sales to drive new business growth and strengthen our market presence. This role is responsible for developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and working closely with our recruiting team to deliver customized staffing solutions. This position requires prior staffing industry sales experience. Candidates without staffing sales experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and prospect potential clients within targeted industries and territories. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Conduct in-person client visits, cold calls, presentations, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and key decision-makers. Understand client workforce challenges and recommend tailored staffing solutions. Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements. Track sales activity and maintain accurate CRM records. Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions. Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to overall business growth strategies. Assist in the office during peak periods and provide support for internal coverage as needed. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience within the staffing industry (required). Demonstrated success generating new business and developing client relationships for a staffing agency. Strong understanding of temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and workforce solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits. Preferred Experience Experience selling staffing solutions to manufacturing, light industrial, logistics, warehouse, clerical, or professional clients.
