We're looking for a Sales Team Leader who enjoys helping people, creating a great experience for customers and team members, and driving sales through service. This role is part teacher, part coach, part problem-solver, and part community builder. We believe selling is helping. Our customers don't come to us looking for a transaction—they come looking for advice, solutions, and confidence. The right candidate enjoys uncovering needs, recommending products, and helping customers tackle projects successfully.
