Job Description

Metro by T-Mobile is a leader in providing unlimited, no-contract wireless service on the powerful T-Mobile 5G LTE network. We are a leading provider of Metro by T-Mobile services. Join our team and help connect our customers to the best wireless experience! Job Type Full-time, Part-time Compensation $15.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits Flexible schedule Employee discounts on services and devices Shift & Location Morning shift, Evening shift
Work Location:
In person Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, identify their wireless needs, and suggest appropriate services and devices. Focus on achieving monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales and customer satisfaction. Perform sales transactions accurately on the POS system, handling various payment types and sensitive customer information with discretion. Assist customers with device troubleshooting and provide effective solutions to technical issues. Follow all opening and closing procedures, including cash reports, inventory audits, and maintaining store cleanliness. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the Metro by T-Mobile dress code. Attend all required in-person and online training sessions to stay current on company policies, procedures, new devices, and promotions. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent. At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience (wireless industry experience highly preferred). Proficiency in computer skills, including POS systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software. Extended knowledge and comfort with both Android and iOS mobile platforms. Availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

$15.00 - $24.00 per hour
