This role is ideal for a designer who understands cabinetry, enjoys working directly with clients, and knows how to turn a design consultation into a well-planned, profitable project. You'll work with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and trade clients on kitchens, baths, and whole-home cabinetry projects using quality cabinet lines and strong showroom support. Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and trade clients to understand project needs Create cabinet layouts, designs, and quotes using Prokitchen software Guide clients through cabinet lines, finishes, door styles, hardware, and layout options Measure spaces or review field measurements for accuracy Prepare professional proposals and present designs to clients Follow up with leads, close sales, and maintain strong client communication Coordinate with vendors, installers, contractors, and internal team members Manage projects from initial consultation through order placement and handoff Maintain accurate notes, pricing, and project details
Qualifications:
5+ years of kitchen, bath, cabinet, or interior design experience preferred Cabinet sales experience strongly preferred Proficiency with 2020 Design, ProKitchen, Chief Architect, or similar design software Strong understanding of cabinet construction, layouts, measurements, and installation considerations Ability to read plans, measure spaces, and create accurate cabinet layouts Professional communication and consultative sales skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable working with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and trade professionals
Compensation:
$70,000-$120,000+ total annual compensation potential, based on experience, sales performance, and project volume. Compensation structure includes base pay, commission, and performance incentives. Make us an offer.
