Position Overview:

We're hiring driven, energetic individuals to join our Sales/Canvassing Team . In this role, you'll connect with homeowners in storm-affected areas, explain their options for roof repair or replacement, and schedule free inspections with our expert team.

No experience is required:

we provide all the training you need to succeed. During training, you'll earn paid training , and after that, you'll move to an uncapped commission structure , where top performers earn $100K+ annually .

What You'll Do:

Engage with homeowners in your assigned territory Educate them about storm-related damage and available roofing solutions Set appointments for free roof inspections Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process Represent Interstate Roofing with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For:

A self-starter with a strong work ethic Clear communicator and confident speaker Coachable and eager to learn Competitive mindset and goal-oriented attitude Sales, service industry, military, or athletics background is a plus — but not required
