- Our•Senior RPO Sales Consultant•is accountable for:•+ Executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across the
U.S. RPO
market + Owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation and close + Building trusted, multi-level client relationships and positioning Kelly as a long-term workforce partner + Partnering with Client Leads, Delivery, and Operations teams to design scalable, client-focused RPO solutions + Identifying opportunities to expand within existing accounts, including global expansion, growth into new regions or business units, and the introduction of innovation-led solutions + Leading discovery conversations to understand client workforce challenges and hiring goals + Developing tailored proposals and executive-level presentations that clearly articulate value and outcomes + Managing pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting with discipline and accuracy + Negotiating complex commercial agreements aligned with client needs and company policies + Representing Kelly at client meetings and industry engagements to strengthen brand presenceEssential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:
- + 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise or consultative sales + Experience selling RPO, talent solutions, or workforce services strongly preferred + Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals within enterprise environments + Strong consultative sales expertise with disciplined pipeline and CRM management + Strategic and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex client needs into scalable workforce solutions + Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders + Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixes environment + Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset and commercial acumen + Experience partnering cross-functionally with delivery and operational teams to drive client outcomes + Ability to travel as needed to support client engagement and business development activities Base compensation range for this role is $120,075 to $160,100 per year.
