Car Wash Attendant (Sales Position)

Car Wash Sales Associate The Car Wash Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering a fast, friendly, and high-quality customer experience while driving car wash membership sales. This is a sales-driven position with strong earning potential, offering $15 per hour plus commission , along with opportunities to reach bonus thresholds and qualify for promotions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet every customer promptly and professionally upon arrival. Educate customers on wash packages, unlimited membership benefits, and current promotions. Proactively approach customers — including those in the vacuum area — to confidently pitch and sell unlimited wash memberships. Meet or exceed established daily and monthly sales goals. Accurately process transactions using the POS system. Maintain a clean, organized sales booth and ensure the vacuum area remains clean and presentable at all times. Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns in a positive, professional manner. Assist with site operations as needed, including loading vehicles, prepping cars, restocking supplies, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Support team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with customers and working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Strong communication skills, confidence in sales, and a proactive attitude are essential. If you are not comfortable engaging customers and actively selling, this position may not be the right fit.
