Job Description
Overview We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing accounts, and handling high-volume customer interaction. You will play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth production and delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently Communicate with customers via phone and email (high call volume) Provide product support for items such as enclosure cards, envelopes, forms, and plant tags Assist with pricing, cost analysis, and quote generation Support production scheduling by coordinating customer needs with manufacturing teams Troubleshoot and resolve order or service issues in a timely manner Collaborate with internal departments including production and accounting Qualifications Previous inside sales or customer service experience required (manufacturing or B2B preferred) Strong communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in order entry and data handling Comfortable working with numbers, including pricing and cost analysis Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost analysis Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with AS400 or similar systems is a plus IND3
