We're looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Team Relief Sales Representative! This is an excellent entry-level sales opportunity, no prior sales experience required. You'll gain hands-on experience in retail account support, merchandising, and relationship-building while learning the fundamentals of beverage sales. You'll manage inventory, handle orders, and help run promotions while gaining valuable sales experience in a fast-paced, independent role. What You'll Do Provide sales coverage across multiple accounts as assigned Build and maintain well-organized, attractive displays following merchandising standards Rotate product to maintain freshness and product quality Place orders, stock shelves, and maintain inventories based on store needs Support the execution of promotions, pricing, displays, and brand programs Build positive relationships with account managers and staff Monitor competitive activity and communicate insights to the Sales Team Maintain accurate records of daily activities and orders Ensure compliance with company policies, MLCC regulations, and supplier agreements Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team updates What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED (required) Prior sales, merchandising, or customer service experience (preferred) Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Reliable Vehicle and proof of insurance coverage that meets company requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Basic computer literacy Reliability, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
