Job Summary Catering Sales Rep We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Catering Sales Person to grow our catering operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In addition to managing the logistics to an off premise catering event you will be responsible for generating and securing leads. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of catering services, outstanding customer experience, and seamless event execution. Your leadership will inspire a dynamic team to deliver memorable culinary experiences across various events, from casual gatherings to upscale functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service, sales, and culinary arts, with a passion for hospitality excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and elevate our catering brand through exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities Coordinate event logistics from setup to breakdown, ensuring timely delivery and professional execution of catering services. Collaborate with clients to customize menus, address special requests, and ensure their expectations are exceeded at every event. Operate Social Media platforms, maintaining a weekly engaging post. Developing processes and working closely with the Catering Sales Manager to ensure full functionality of office operations. Manage payments and handle cash and checks. Proven experience in food service; catering or banquet experience is highly desirable. Strong background in culinary arts with skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety. Familiarity with POS systems such as Total Party Planner. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships professionally. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety standards. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in event planning and execution. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
