As an Residential Outside Sales Representative (Shop @ Home Sales) you will be responsible for contacting customers, setting appointments through our pre-qualified lead process, and conduct direct sales calls at our customer's homes with our Mobile Showroom. NO COLD CALLING

! Minimum 3-5 years' experience in-home sales experience preferred. Knowledge of various residential flooring products such as carpeting, hardwood, laminate, etc. preferred. Excellent customer service and consultative sales experience; must have excellent rapport building skills Strong ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with various stakeholders (customers, managers, etc.) Must have a hands-on approach including producing your own bids and the ability to measure your own jobs; to sell the entire job from start to finish Computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Flexibility in a rapidly changing work environment Ability to work independently and be a self-starter as well as a work in a team environment We offer company benefits: Medical/dental, PTO, paid holidays, 401K match and more.
