Sales & Finance Consultant

Trojan Powersports is seeking an experienced Sales & Finance Consultant to join our growing team. This is your opportunity to lead a driven, hard-working team while earning exceptional pay. Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years auto, motorcycle, RV, agriculture, lawn equipment or lawn equipment selling experience. F&I selling experience is highly desired. Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals. Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment. Working knowledge of F&I products. Knowledge of Michigan vehicle registration/titling a plus. Consistent and stable work history. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Professional appearance and work ethic.
