Tanning & Wellness Sales Consultant Motor City Tan - Royal Oak, MI This is a SALES role — not a front desk position. Motor City Tan is a high-volume, upscale tanning and wellness salon seeking an experienced sales professional who is confident recommending premium memberships, wellness services, and luxury tanning products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working toward goals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants their income tied directly to performance. If you are uncomfortable selling, upselling, or confidently guiding purchasing decisions, this is not the right fit. Compensation Hourly pay + commission + performance bonuses Bonuses paid weekly Top performers consistently earn $25-$30+/hour Strong earning potential for highly motivated sales professionals What You'll Do Drive revenue through memberships, upgrades, wellness services, and retail sales Build relationships with clients and confidently recommend products based on their goals Maximize every interaction through consultative selling Maintain a polished, luxury salon environment Handle transactions accurately and efficiently in a high-volume setting Contribute to overall salon performance and team sales goals Scheduling Expectations We are looking for dependable team members who can commit to a consistent schedule and provide reliable attendance. While we do our best to work around employee availability, schedules are built around business needs and long-term staffing requirements. Applicants should have reliable transportation, dependable attendance, and availability they can maintain consistently.
