Sales and Loan Associate / Manager Trainee

Job Description We are Michigan's premier operator of pawnshops currently operating 5 locations in the Metro area including Pontiac, Hazel Park, Southgate, Lincoln Park and most notably Detroit, the home of hit TV show Hardcore Pawn . We are expanding and looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to be a part of and share in our growth. The ideal candidate must be hard-working , have a great interest in self-developmen t, a willingness to learn, have the ability to provide great customer service and be adaptable while working in fast paced environment. This is an entry level position with focus on growing within the organization. Our mission is to provide the best pawnbroking experience to everyone who connects with us and we are looking for a new team member who can demonstrate that statement. Duties include:

Working with customer's to meet their financial needs

• both in sales and loans . Evaluating fair values for products presented for pawn with focus on general merchandise i.e. electronincs, tools, etc Ability to sell value and negotiate sales. Accurately handle cash transactions Friendly customer support
• in person and over the phone Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the shop; in showroom and warehouse Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals and objectives Requirements Able to lift 50lbs Hardworking and willing to be a part of a team .

Organized, with attention to detail. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Resume must show a stable work experience. Willing to undergo background check.
