Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Service Representative to join our team. If you are tired of working for one of those high pressure bosses who don't appreciate your efforts, this may be the office to work for. We are an established Agency , 34 years in the Portage area. The ideal candidate will posses a friendly personality who is self motivated with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving a person's needs. Duties
- Handling clients needs both in person and over the phone.
- Utilize basic computerized systems for data entry and analysis
- Communicate product information and benefits clearly to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Requirements
- Property & Casualty License
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly personality
- Previous Sales & Service experience is not necessary but recommended.
