Part Time Business Development (Telemarketing) & Recruiting Specialist M-F 8-12pm

This is a part-time position (4 hours per day, Monday-Friday, between 8:00am-12:00pm). No weekends. No overtime at this time. $14-15/hr Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Telemarketer/Recruiter, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM! In this energetic role, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with potential clients and candidates through outbound calls to generate interest, build relationships, and recruit top talent. Position Overview We are looking for someone who can: Make outbound business development calls (telemarketing) Speak confidently with decision-makers Set appointments and generate leads Transition into recruiting and hiring support Communicate clearly and professionally Initially, this role will focus heavily on outbound telemarketing and appointment setting. As the opportunity increases, the position will expand to include recruiting responsibilities, including contacting applicants and screening candidates. What You'll Be DoingPhase 1
