Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers to provide the best experience possible. Conduct personalized vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and preferences. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage inventory control by staying updated on available pre-owned vehicles and coordinating with the sales support team for seamless transactions. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities. Upsell additional products or services such as warranties or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase experience. Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service, active listening, and clear communication, including bilingual or multilingual interactions when applicable. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a focus on high-end vehicles. Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective B2B sales experience. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline. Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems to support sales activities. Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to confidently engage with diverse audiences. Ability to perform retail math accurately for deal structuring and financial calculations. Knowledge of automotive market trends, inventory control practices, and marketing strategies.
