Full Job Description Tree Sales Representative Location:

Waterford, MI General Job Objectives:

Responsible for ensuring that our customers' expectations for their trees overall needs are being met and/or exceeded.

Essential Job Duties:

Sell Tree Care Programs to our customers and prospects by phone, in person and at trade shows. Become proficient in our Tree Healthcare Services and add on programs. Provide bids on tree pruning and trimming. Turn in completed Sales Leads paper work daily. Communicate with Manager about any customer issues. Educate customer on best practices, products used, and results. Answer customer's questions on their service(s) program and provide solutions. Meet or exceed weekly sales goals.

Desired Experience:

Minimum 1-year sales experience; however, experience is not required as we provide on the job training.

Skills/Abilities:

Coachable, problem solving, attention to detail, self-motivated, competitive team player, working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Must have previous tree sales experience. Good phone and email communication skills, customer service skills and reliable transportation. Proficient computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office Excel, Google, Gmail, etc.)
