Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, showcasing our premium vehicle inventory, and closing sales that exceed expectations. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options, emphasizing high-end sales opportunities Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure optimal vehicle availability and presentation Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support sales support activities Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, and financing options to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and public speaking skills when engaging with clients both in person and over the phone Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or B2B (business-to-business) transactions preferred Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with outstanding organizational skills Experience with CRM software, inventory management, retail math, and automotive sales processes is preferred Ability to perform cold calling, outbound sales activities, and public speaking engagements confidently Demonstrated customer service excellence with a professional demeanor and phone etiquette Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; dealership experience is a plus Join us as an Automotive Salesperson where your enthusiasm for cars meets your talent for building lasting customer relationships.
