We are seeking experienced Chevrolet (Chevy) Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in automotive sales, strong product knowledge of the Chevy lineup, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
Prior automotive sales experience required, Chevrolet experience strongly preferred Ability to build relationships and close deals Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a performance-based environment
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection process Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business Follow dealership sales processes and CRM documentation requirements Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth transactions Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
