Position Overview The Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for helping customers through the vehicle buying process from initial contact to delivery, while maximizing gross profit, delivering a strong customer experience, and maintaining high CSI standards. This role is built for someone who already understands automotive sales and wants access to a bigger platform, better opportunity, and stronger income potential. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a professional sales experience Identify customer needs and match them with the right new or pre-owned vehicle Conduct test drives and present vehicle features, benefits, and options with confidence Work leads, appointments, previous customers, referrals, and showroom traffic Negotiate effectively and close deals Partner with management and F&I to finalize transactions Maintain strong product knowledge of new and used inventory Follow up consistently through CRM, phone, email, and text Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, gross objectives, and key performance metrics Deliver high customer satisfaction and strong retention Qualifications 2+ years of automotive sales experience required Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong closing, follow-up, and negotiation skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership Team-oriented with a professional attitude CRM experience preferred, including VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar platforms Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ready to Make Your Move?
