This position plays a critical role in customer communication, quotation support, pricing management, new model launches, prototype coordination, and project tracking. What You'll Do Customer & Sales Support Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, schedules, and delivery timelines Assist with customer quotations and RFQ activities Support sales activities and account management efforts Maintain accurate customer documentation and records Assist with presentations and customer reporting Project & Program Coordination Support new business opportunities and customer programs Coordinate prototype and event part deliveries Track project schedules and customer requirements Assist with new model launches and production readiness activities Communicate project status with internal departments and external partners Purchasing & Administrative Support Support purchasing activities and supplier communications Maintain pricing records for prototype, event, child, and production parts Prepare reports, budgets, and sales documentation Monitor emails, phone calls, and customer communications Maintain organized files and project documentation Continuous Improvement Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S initiatives Support process improvements that enhance customer service and operational efficiency Assist with special projects and other assigned responsibilities Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of administrative, customer service, sales support, purchasing, or coordination experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Automotive manufacturing experience Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier experience Experience supporting quotations, RFQs, or customer accounts ERP system experience Purchasing or supply chain support experience Experience supporting new product launches or customer programs Technical Skills Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Suite Data Entry Reporting & Documentation Customer Communication Project Coordination Quotation Support Schedule Management Why Join Asama Coldwater Manufacturing?
