Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities Develop accurate cost estimates, prepare pricing, and deliver competitive quotes to customers Build strong relationships with new clients while expanding existing accounts Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring responsiveness and satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with production capabilities Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of sales or engineering experience in a related field

• Preferred Proven ability to manage accounts and close business in a competitive environment Skills & Knowledge Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to interpret blueprints is highly beneficial Proficient in basic computer applications, ERP, and CRM tools Excellent communication and phone skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Capable of taking direction and adapting to changing priorities Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues Work Environment & Travel Combination of office-based work and time spent in manufacturing environments Frequent use of computer systems, phone, and office equipment Compensation & Employment Details Full-time, salaried position•Work Hours•Monday through Thursday 7AM-5PM Salaried compensation commensurate with experience
