This position is responsible for quoting & entering orders for our existing customers and supporting our company's outside sales team. This position is a great opportunity to get "fast track" training in our constantly changing global environment. The individual must enjoy working in a dynamic fast paced environment and must possess the desire & motivation for career advancement within the Steel Industry. Note this is an exempt position with a guaranteed base pay. Additionally incentive is paid out by performance.

Responsibilities:

Service existing accounts, quoting and entering orders and checking stock at one of our 5 locations through our computer system. Working directly with our customers to help resolve any issues they may have by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by focusing on increasing product knowledge. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. This individual must possess the following qualifications: 3+ years customer service preferably in the Industrial sales arena. Minimum High School Graduate - Some college in a Business discipline preferred Computer Literacy Calm under pressure Data entry accuracy a must.
