Part Time Catering Coordinator

Job Title:

Catering Coordinator As a Catering Coordinator you will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of The Great Greek's menu, know the needs of our customers, and provide appropriate communication to ensure satisfaction and strive to be the best with a commitment to providing quality service and products to our customers while working with the team.

Brief Description of Duties:

Process catering orders from start to finish Work as a team player with a passion for continuous learning Ability to generate catering sales using sales techniques Responsible for providing timely and correct catering order information to front of house and back of house Creating invoices for customers • Inputting orders and making sure pricing and quantities are accurate Ensure our food is delivered timely and accurately Meet sales goals set for quarterly and yearly

Key Competencies:

Ability to work well within a group setting Ability to self-motivate and organize well Efficient at communicating with coworkers and clients • Basic computer knowledge • Experience with POS systems and cash registers

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of menu and portions Knowledge of restaurant and event management Ability to handle stressful situations and customer complaints Ability to pivot and adjust as things change in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask Passion for food and service industry Other Requirements Must have at least a high school degree Driver's license and clean driving record Reliable vehicle to use for work (reimbursed mileage) Ability to work in multiple restaurant locations Available for morning, evenings, weekdays, and weekends
