Sales Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and proactive Tier 1 Automotive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities :

Prepare and release of costing documents and processing of bills for tools and others Create, manage and distribute sample forms and forms Responsible for customer portals and delivery notes Commercial processing of changes to series parts as well as new parts Maintain SP (material master, customers, prices, …) Contact person for customers (by phone and in writing) Tracking and evaluation of the offer entry General correspondence Additional Tasks Collaboration with Key Account Manager projects Skills & Competencies Commercial education First experience in similar role, e.g.: Assistant Sales, Back Office Sales Independent way of working and structured working style Experience in working with SAP Well-structured, process-oriented analytical way of working Ability to work in a fast pace environment General Competencies Structured Self Management & Self Organization Data Affinity & Accuracy Detail oriented &

Accuracy Reliability Pay:

$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
