DESCRIPTION

MC Fastening Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and hone skills in the manufacturing and assembly industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within their assigned region. This will include but not limited to solutions around our current and expending product portfolio of handheld and fixture torquing tools (nut runners) and Servo press-fit systems.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunitiesConduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trendsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clientsPresent and demonstrate our products to clients, highlighting their benefits and featuresPrepare and deliver sales proposals and quotationsCollaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectivesProvide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales processMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactionsAttend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clientsOther duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong interest in sales and the fastening and press systems industryExperience with inventory and ERP software is a plusAbility to work independently and within project teamsSelf-motivated and responsiblePrior experience in a similar role is preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS

Job operates mainly indoors, in an office setting, handling administrative tasks related to office management, supplies, and equipment. This position will require the supporting activities throughout the United States and Canada with some interactions with suppliers in Japan.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job requires very frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, standing, speaking and hearing and frequent kneeling. Repetitive use of the hands, squeezing, keyboarding and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-10 pounds, recurrent lifting of 11-20 pounds and occasional lifting and carrying of 21-50 or more pounds. Also requires constant pushing and pulling of 1-50 pounds and infrequent pushing and pulling of over 50 pounds with the aid of handcarts or other wheeled devices. Good visual and color acuity are a must to perform this type of job.
