Position Overview As a Residential HVAC Salesperson, you'll meet with homeowners, assess their comfort needs, recommend HVAC solutions, and close sales. This role combines sales expertise, relationship-building, and HVAC knowledge. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations and assess HVAC needs Recommend and design heating and cooling system solutions Present proposals, pricing, and financing options Close sales and meet monthly revenue goals Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline Maintain current knowledge of HVAC products and industry trends Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process Qualifications Previous HVAC sales experience (Required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and results-driven Ability to earn homeowners' trust and confidence CompensationBenefits $80,000-$110,000+ annually, based on experience FREE health insurance option Dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Company-provided sales tools and resources Why Join Us?
